We’re on the lookout for a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Services Intern. Our Client Services Department (CSD) is responsible for day-to-day project management and coordination, relationship management, client growth and strategy. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and organized individual, looking to make a positive impact on our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the business development team with client and industry research, prospective client mailings and presentation drafting.
- Work with teams to update and maintain internal marketing projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments to coordinate and manage both internal and external client projects and assignments.

- Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new things
- Passion for the marketing industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Basecamp required

- Professional email etiquette
- Experience with project management tools (such as basecamp, asana, and Trello) and the Microsoft office suite a major plus
Expected Experience:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Organizational Communications or a related field.
