The Clearing After the Storm
If 2020 was the 100-year storm, then this year has certainly been the moment where the clouds are beginning to part and the sun is fighting to stream in.
Despite the pandemic and the many changes our society has faced, we have discovered how fortunate the thunder::tech team is to be surrounded by those that are looking forward to the future, grabbing those rays of sunlight, not waiting for the past to return.
First, to my teammates that have been through thick and thin together – you are truly the best! The extra effort you give to each other and to our clients that have turned to us for support has transformed you into superior professionals. Thanks to our teammates who choose to grow by challenging themselves, their teams and their clients. You have reinvented and developed so much in such a brief period and I am grateful to work for you.
Second, to our clients that are choosing not to revert back to the way things were. Your outlook is what keeps us going, to help you make things better. Thanks to the leaders of these brands and organizations that choose to find opportunities in the midst of change. The future lies in change and adaptation and we do not take it for granted that you chose thunder::tech to invent the future with.
Those rays of sunshine peeking through the clouds show us that there’s always opportunity after the storm. Thank you to so many of you that are looking in that new direction with us. Now grab those sunglasses, we have a lot to do!
