An Ecommerce Transformation
It’s time for a celebration! Our latest website launch, malcoautomotive.com, has just been awarded Site of the Month by Kentico! The award recognizes outstanding projects that showcase the flexibility of Kentico and deliver a customized digital platform. Our partnership with Malco Automotive was essential to building the perfect solution that would not only accurately depict the stunning results of their high-quality detailing products but serve as their new e-commerce platform with a consumer-friendly experience.
Malco supplies the automotive industry with a wide selection of professional-grade cleaning and detailing products that clean, shine, enhance and protect vehicles inside and out. A new initiative repositioned Malco as a consumer brand and they were in need of a platform to reflect this transition, and thus needed a partner to help build their e-commerce experience.
To kick off the project, we set a goal of creating an e-commerce site that could handle high product volume with a focus on user experience and exceptional visual design elements. On the backend, we integrated an Enterprise Resource Planning system. Additionally, a “Tech Tips” section was added as another resource for their automotive care specialists to use, including informational blogs and instructional videos.
Kentico has the flexibility to customize a platform to create the perfect solution for our customers, which is why we built Malco’s new site in Kentico. (In addition to over 100 more!) We are proud of the foundation we have created for Malco’s growing e-commerce initiative and to have worked with an incredible partner using Kentico’s platform. When it comes to website development, our team proudly uses software systems, such as WordPress and Drupal, that have the capabilities to build custom solutions for all our clients.
